to make attractive; to adorn; to brighten

We are North Carolina natives who aim to brighten out communities with a delicate and fine tuned touch.

Sudden life changes can take us to places of great uncertainty. Who we partner with during times of uncertainty is vital to our long term sustainability. After my father passed suddenly I learn about how muddy and stressful property and financial management and transfers can be. I made a promise to create clarity and simplicity for my family and others.

There is a way to thrive in sudden change. We just may need a knowledgably guide.

With some education, grit, and tenacity we kept my father's fish business open. We organized his estate and his financials. It was not without its huge learning curve or uphill challenges.  Established in 1978, we successfully grew and ran the business for over another decade. We even landed an spot on Greensboro's Business segment on TV. It became the weekly meeting places for laugher, prayers, and tears. All in all, we encouraged the community during beautiful and difficult times and kept their families fed. We elevated our community. We helped them to do more of what mattered most.

After several years of service, the fish market closed due to a retiring family member. During this transition Gilded Interests was born.

Now we can take our service for the community, of love, dedication and elevation to help people solve their unique property problems by offering creative and specialized situations.
